La Associazione Culturale VIEDELLART, directed by Ilenia Logorelli and René de Cárdenas are pleased to present the 2nd Festival Arte nel Mediterraneo to be held from July 25th to August 1srt, in the most southern part of Italy besides the mediterranean seashore.
Dance, through its varied expressions, will be the protagonist in a place remarkable for its beaches as Comune di Melito di Porto Salvo.
Famous masters and choreographers as well as guests from Italy and the world meet in this 2nd Festival composed by:
Permanent Exposition. Painting and Photography.
Cuban Night. A show coming directly from the Island offers you live music and Cuban dancers.
Greek Night. Poetry, music and dance will take us to our roots magically.
2nd International Stage Danza nel Mediterraneo. For dance academies, associations and schools.
2nd International Contest Danza nel Mediterraneo. Important awards and scholarships for the Cuban School of Ballet will be granted.
Italian Dance. Celebrities and dance companies from Italy come together tonight.
Dance and Fashion. A wonderful fashion parade, dance, music and colors will create a magic night.
Great Gala. Special guests like dancers, musicians and actors will close the Festival.

The 2nd Festival Arte nel Mediterraneo will be an important event that helps to know better Calabria, a land that will be honored by the presence of the prestigious Cuban School of Ballet with its classic legacy as well as Afro-Cuban contemporary and salsa expressions, very famous around the world
The 2nd Festival Arte nel Mediterraneo gives the opportunity to students, professionals and those who are interested in this art to know different techniques and styles. Melito di Porto Salvo, along with its beautiful beaches and the precious Lungomare, the new Villa Comunale, the redesigned Corso, its covered Vecchio Mercato and the suggestive rock Pentidatillo, will be a tourist attraction where you can spend some relaxing days.
The 2nd Festival Arte nel Mediterraneo aims to be the event that will open the summer season in Melito while combining art, study and vacations.
